We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes how Productive Info, LLC ("we", "us", "Productive Info") provides the Website ("Website" or "Site") known as BetaSights.net, ("BetaSights") as well as all Products, ("Products"), Services ("Services"), Data ("Data") and Information ("Information") related to the Site, collects information from all end users of our Services -- those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts ("Visitors"), as well as those who pay a periodic service fee to subscribe to more Services ("Members"). It describes what we do with the information we collect, and the choices Visitors and Members have concerning the collection and use of such information.

Before you submit any information to us via this Website, we strongly suggest that you read this Policy to understand how we use the information which you provide. Your use of this Website indicates your acceptance of this Policy and the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Policy as well as the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Policy and the Terms of Use, please do not use this Website.

Amendments. We will post online any changes to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. You can determine the date of the last change by noting the effective date of these documents. Your continued access to and usage of the Website, or use of the Services, Data, or Information contained therein, signifies your agreement to any such modifications to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We encourage you to periodically review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You may at any time print, download and/or store a copy of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Personal Information We Collect and How It Is Used

We collect information in different ways from Visitors and Members who access the various parts of our Services. We use this information primarily to provide a customized experience as you use our Services, and generally do not share this information with third parties. However, we may disclose personal information collected if we have received your permission beforehand or in very special circumstances, such as when we believe that law requires such disclosure.

Personally identifiable information. "Personally identifiable information" is information about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, user name, etc. Providing personally identifiable information indicates your consent to the collection and use of your personally identifiable information as described in this Policy. We do not collect personally identifiable information without your authorization. Any personally identifiable information you provide is voluntary and is solely used to help fulfill a request you make using the Services, Data, or Information through the use or access of this Website. Examples of personally identifiable information include your account information such as your name, email address, etc. (which you provide when registering with the Website) and any other information which may be linked to your account. We will not sell, rent, or share with any third party or individual your personally identifiable information except as necessary to help fulfill a request you have made using the Services, Data, or Information through the use or access of this Website (e.g., sending or otherwise transmitting to you the requested information or custom-tailoring your Website experience based upon your preferences). However, we reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law or as permitted by law when we, in good faith, deem it necessary to protect rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

Collection and use of non-personally identifiable information. We collect non-personally identifiable information about your visit to the BetaSights Website. This information may include the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that you just came from (whether this URL is on this Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on this Website or not), what browser you are using, and your IP address. This information is primarily used by us to analyze web traffic and to improve the functionality and content of the Website and does not contain any personally identifiable information which may belong to you or any other individual. However, we reserve the right to disclose this information as required or as permitted by law when we, in good faith, deem it necessary to protect rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

Your credit card information is secure with PayPal. PayPal, the online payment leader with over 3 million business accounts, processes the orders for those Members who sign up for Services.

Productive Info partners. Some of our Products or Services offered to Visitors and Members may be in conjunction with a non-affiliated partner. To provide Visitors and Members these Products or Services, the partner may need to collect and maintain personal information. In these instances, you will be notified before any such data is collected and may decide not to use that particular service or feature. We may need to share non-identifying and aggregate information (except as described above), but not personal information, with such partners in order to administer the co-branded products or services offered.

Responses to email inquiries. When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to us, we use the return email address to answer the email inquiry we receive. We do not use the return email address for any other purpose and do not share the return email address with any third party.

Voluntary Member surveys . We may periodically conduct Member surveys. We encourage our Members to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the Products and Services we offer. Your personal information will remain strictly confidential, and participation is voluntary. We take the information we receive from individuals responding to our Member Surveys and aggregate it with the responses from other Members to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions (such as technology trends, desired information, employment, industry sector, or other demographic information). We then use the aggregated information to improve the quality of our Services to you, and to develop new Products and Services. This aggregated, non-personally-identifying information may be shared with third parties.

A "cookie" is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. We do not use cookies. Partners may use their own cookies; we do not control the use of these cookies and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we are not able to ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from the Website.

Internally, we restrict access to your personally identifiable information to those who require access in order to provide Products or Services in connection with your requests or inquiries that you have provided us.

If you are a Member and cannot access your information, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to all such requests, but reserve the right to limit such requests.

In the event of a change in ownership, or a merger or an acquisition of BetaSights by another entity, all (or select aspects) of a Member's information (including email address) may be transferred to this new entity or owner. All Members will be notified within five business days of any change in ownership, merger or an acquisition of BetaSights' assets by a third party.

This Policy only applies to information collected by us. Any information you provide to, or that is collected by, third-party websites may be subject to the privacy policies of those websites, if any.
